Rules & Policies
Shoes Off, Socks On: Socks required for all children. Grippy socks recommended. Socks available for purchase. Adults may wear shoes if not on the play equipment.
PM Play (After 3pm): A minimum of 4 reservations must be reached 2 hours before the start of PM play. If the minimum is not met, families will be notified 2 hours before PM play to reschedule or receive a refund.
Special Events: A minimum of 4 tickets must be sold at least 48 hours prior to the event. If the minimum is not met, families will be notified and may reschedule or receive a refund.
Afternoon Hours & Slow Days: On days with very low attendance or no reservations by midday, we may close early for the afternoon. If you plan to visit later in the day, please reserve a spot or call ahead. Reservations help us plan staffing and remain open for our families.
Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows: Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for a refund or credit. Reschedules may be requested up to 1 hour before the event start time and are based on availability. Refunds or reschedules will not be considered once the event has started. No call/no shows are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or reschedule. Reasonable notice may be considered for illness-related circumstances.
Reservations: Each reservation includes up to 2 adults. Additional adults are $6 each.
Infants & Non-Playing Children:
Only children who will be actively playing require a paid reservation.
If your child will remain in a stroller or carrier, be held or worn, and will not use toys or equipment, no payment or reservation is required.
Capacity applies only to children who are playing.
FYI: Infant toys are available.
Schedule updates will be shared on social media and communicated directly with any affected families.
