Service Description

Our most popular offering! Open play gives your child the freedom to explore at their own pace. With swings, climbing structures, slides, pretend play, soft play, and sensory spaces, our equipment is designed for all developmental levels. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: -Do I need to pay for my infant or young child? Only children who will be playing need a paid reservation. If your child will stay in a stroller or carrier, be held or worn, and not use toys or equipment, no payment or reservation is required. Capacity applies only to children who are playing. (FYI We do have infant toys available!) -What is your age range? We don't have one! While our equipment is technically designed for smaller bodies, we believe that age is just a number and not always reflective of a child's developmental abilities. If your child finds joy in any of our play structures or sensory spaces, they will be welcome. Come check it out! -Our play space accommodates up to 15 children at one time. Play is unlimited unless capacity is reached. When at capacity, time limits may be applied to ensure all families have the opportunity to play. OTHER REMINDERS: Reservations encouraged, walk-ins accepted if capacity allows, socks are required!

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING: Reservations are recommended! If we have no reservations on our calendar, we may close early or ask staff to stay home. Walk-ins only accepted if we are already open and have room to accomodate. HOW TO BOOK: Reservations can be made online through our website or via phone. PAYMENT: Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. TIME LIMITS & ROLLING ENTRY: Open play session times are not limited. You may stay to play as long as you'd like until we close. However, if we reach capacity, we will enforce a 90 minute time limit on open play sessions to ensure things keep moving and waiting families get a chance to play as well. Our team will keep you informed if we need to enforce time limits due to high demand. RE-ENTRY POLICY: Once a family exits DOT Playspace, their play session is considered complete. Re-entry is not permitted unless a new session is booked. We are unable to accommodate families coming and going throughout the day, as this impacts our ability to manage capacity and maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for all visitors. CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your Open Play reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule your session up to 1 hour before your scheduled play time, subject to availability. Rescheduling can be done online or by calling our team. NO-SHOWS: No-shows without prior cancellation will forfeit the session. No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases. ILLNESS POLICY: If your child is sick, we encourage you to reschedule. We are happy to accommodate illness-related cancellations with as much notice as possible. WAITLIST POLICY: If a session is fully booked, you may join our waitlist through the booking system. Should a spot become available, families on the waitlist will be notified via email or text in the order they joined. Once notified, you will have 30 minutes to confirm your spot before it is offered to the next family. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot, but we do our best to accommodate as space opens up. GENERAL GUIDELINES: We are a shoe-free facility & socks are required. Shoes off, socks on for all guests. This is to keep our littlest crawlers safe on our floors by not tracking in dirt and bacteria from the outside world. Please rest assured that we clean and sanitize our entire space daily with non-toxic and child-safe disinfectant solutions.
