What is Little Local Pass? Little Local Pass is a physical, wallet-sized discount card that unlocks exclusive savings at 12 participating businesses throughout Greater Toledo. Enjoy six months of special offers on local playspaces, family activities, creative experiences, and treats!

When is my pass valid? Your Little Local Pass is valid from November 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027.

How much does Little Local Pass cost? Purchase your pass during presale for $30, a $5 savings off the regular $35 price!

How will I receive my pass? Choose FREE pickup at DOT Playspace or optional mailing for an additional $3 per pass. Presale orders will be available for pickup or mailed once the physical cards arrive from our printer. Families selecting pickup will receive an email when their order is ready.

Does one pass cover my entire family? Yes! One Little Local Pass may be used by members of one immediate household. Individual partner offers may apply per child, per visit, per purchase, or per booking, so please review each business’s specific offer details. The pass cannot be shared with friends, extended family members, or other households, and the physical card must be presented when required.

Can I use my pass more than once? Yes! Many of our participating businesses offer discounts that can be redeemed multiple times throughout the six-month pass period. Some offers are limited to one use, one use per child, or one use per visit. Individual redemption limits are outlined in the partner offer details below.

How do I redeem my offers? Present your physical Little Local Pass at participating businesses when making an eligible purchase or checking in. For businesses requiring advance reservations or online booking, follow the individual redemption instructions provided below.

What is the QR code on my card for? Your card's QR code brings you directly to our online offer directory, where you can review participating businesses, their offers, restrictions, and redemption instructions.

How do I access exclusive online promo codes? After purchasing your Little Local Pass, you'll receive a welcome email containing your exclusive online promo codes, booking instructions, and other important cardholder information. Save this email so you can easily reference your promo codes throughout the six-month pass period. Your physical card's QR code will also direct you to our public offer directory, where you can review participating businesses, offers, and redemption requirements at any time.

Can I combine Little Local Pass offers with other discounts? Individual business restrictions apply. Some offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, while others have no additional restrictions. Please review each partner’s specific offer details before redeeming.

Do I need to bring my physical card? Yes! Please bring your physical Little Local Pass when visiting participating businesses. Your card serves as proof of eligibility for the exclusive offers. A photo of your pass or an order confirmation may not be accepted as a substitute.

What happens if I lose my pass? Lost Little Local Pass cards may be replaced once for a $5 replacement fee. Proof of the original purchase is required. If mailing is requested, the standard mailing fee will also apply. Please contact DOT Playspace for assistance.

What if I already have a DOT Playspace membership or prepaid Play Pass?

DOT Playspace Members:
Members are welcome to purchase Little Local Pass and enjoy all participating partner offers throughout the six-month pass period. Because unlimited Open Play is already included with your monthly membership, the Little Local Pass $4 Open Play discount does not apply to membership visits. Membership billing and all existing membership benefits, including Buddy Passes and qualifying event discounts, will continue as usual.

DOT 5-Visit and 10-Visit Play Pass Holders:
If you purchased a prepaid DOT Play Pass before November 1, 2026, you may choose to pause your remaining Play Pass visits while Little Local Pass is active. During that time, you may use the Little Local Pass $4 Open Play discount instead. Because DOT Play Passes normally expire one year from the original purchase date, choosing to pause your Play Pass will extend its expiration date by six months. This allows you to preserve your remaining prepaid visits while using your Little Local Pass during the November 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 pass period. Little Local Pass discounts cannot be combined with prepaid Play Pass visits.

Offer: $5 off the first Open Play admission for each child in the cardholder's immediate household, plus 10% off additional Open Play admissions, Punch Pass purchases, and eligible birthday party bookings.

Frequency: The $5 first-visit discount is available once per child in the immediate household. The 10% discount is available throughout the pass period, with the birthday party discount limited to one booking.

Restrictions: Discounts apply to the cardholder's immediate household only and cannot be combined with other offers. The birthday party discount applies to one party booked by April 30, 2027, for a party held by December 31, 2027. Party discounts exclude special events, food, & merchandise.
