Choose from the options below:
 

1. The Basics – $90
Simple setup support for party items you provide. This package includes up to 60 minutes of basic setup by one DOT staff member.

Includes:

• Tablecloths, tableware, and serving items

• Food, drink, and dessert setup

• Simple tabletop décor

• One banner or limited signage

• A few small, pre-assembled balloon clusters

Please note: The Basics does not include extensive décor setup, box towers, ceiling décor, balloon garlands, letter balloon phrases, or items requiring significant assembly. Client completes all coordination of pickups and deliveries.

2. The Works – $125

More hands-on party support so you can relax and enjoy the celebration!

Includes:

• Planning assistance within your budget

• Help placing or confirming décor/party supply orders

• Coordination of pickups and deliveries

• Full party setup including décor, tables, food/drink arrangement, and final touches

• More extensive décor setup, such as larger displays, themed décor, balloon boxes, backdrops, ceiling décor, or letter balloon phrases, when discussed and approved by DOT Playspace in advance

• Tear down and cleanup after the party

Important notes:

• Client receives invoices for any outside purchases or vendor payments

• Balloon arches are not included in either helper package and may be purchased separately

• Your DOT Party Helper supports setup, décor, and overall flow, but does not run games, activities, or entertainment

Balloon Arch: $125

Includes:

- Up to 16 feet of balloon garland

-Your choice of colors/style/vibe (we love inspo pics & amazon kits!)

-Includes all materials and labor. Arch will be set up before your party begins and styled to your chosen space (around the welcome wall, in the party room, etc). 

*Specialty elements such as foil balloons, florals, character accents etc can be requested, but will result in an upcharge based on materials used.

Balloon Tower: $40

A freestanding balloon tower featuring approximately 30 balloons, customized to match your event colors. Perfect for accent decor, photo moments, or highlighting an entrance, gift table, or play area.

Custom Banner: 

We’ve teamed up with a local banner artist to offer fully custom, hand-designed banners made just for your celebration. Each 3 x 6 ft banner is created with your vision in mind. Choose your colors, theme, name, and overall style to make it uniquely yours.

Tier 1 – Simple Design: $70

Tier 2 – Complex Design (characters or intricate designs): $85 (limit 2 characters)
