Planning a party is a lot-- let us handle the details so you can focus on celebrating! See below for the 2 different package options for the DOT Party Helper!

1. The Basics – $60
We take care of the basics so you don’t have to.

Pickup of pre-ordered items from up to 2 local vendors (within 10 miles)

Delivery to DOT with refrigeration/storage if needed

Setup of any décor you’ve purchased (banners, streamers, table items)
2. The Works – $110
The full service—you dream it, we make it happen! The party host is treated just like a party guest! Just show up and enjoy!

Coordination support: we help place or confirm orders within your budget (you’re invoiced directly)

Organizing all pickups and deliveries

Complete party setup: décor, tables, food/drink arrangement, and finishing touches

Full setup, tear down, and cleanup!
Reminder: ALL DOT Playspace party bookings already include a dedicated on-site assistant for support and during your event, but these additional tasks are only included with one of these packages!

Balloon Arch Add-On - $125
Add a little *wow* to your celebration with a custom balloon arch, styled and set up by our DOT team just for your event!
Includes:
-Up to 16 feet of balloon garland
-Your choice of colors/style/vibe (we love inspo pics & amazon kits!)
-Includes all materials and labor
-Arch will be set up before your party begins and styled to your chosen space (around the welcome wall, in the party room, etc).
-Specialty elements such as foil balloons, florals, character accents etc can be requested, but will result in an upcharge based on materials used.
