Cancellation Policy

🎉 DOT PLAYSPACE FAMILY HAPPY HOUR POLICY 📅 BOOKING Pre-booking is required for Family Happy Hour. Due to limited capacity and the included snacks, crafts, and materials, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins for this event. 💻 HOW TO BOOK Reservations can be made online through our website at www.dotplayspace.com. 💳 PAYMENT Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Each child must be registered individually. Caregivers attend for free. 🕒 SESSION TIMING & ENTRY Family Happy Hour is a scheduled group event. All participants will be admitted at the designated start time. The event will run for approximately 90 minutes and end at the listed time. Late arrivals are welcome, but please note that the session will still end as scheduled—your playtime may be shortened if arriving late. 📞 CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit. 🔁 RESCHEDULING You may reschedule your session up to 1 hour before the start of the event, subject to availability. Please call or email our team for assistance. 🚫 NO-SHOWS No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the session. No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases. 🤒 ILLNESS POLICY If your child is sick, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We’re happy to accommodate illness-related cancellations with advance notice when possible. 👣 GENERAL GUIDELINES Socks are required for all guests in play areas (no shoes allowed). Caregivers must remain on-site and supervise children throughout the event. Please dress for mess—crafts and sensory play are part of the fun!
